I'm not sure, having never played NV and certainly not GOG's version of NV, if game fixing mods are needed? My next endeavor is for 'mostly' cosmetic improvements, textures and the like AND Game Fixes. No point in installing them if the game isn't having difficulties. There are two mods that I am going to wait on installing until I find I need them - NV Anti Crash and Anti-Stutter. Next I tried to install the 4GB mod until I found it only worked for STEAM, and that GOG's version already has this patched into the game. I've installed Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) and NVSE, followed by Mod Configuration Menu (MCM). So I started playing a few minutes and got interested in modding the game. But after removing the joystick and 360 controller that was solved. First thing that happened was my mouse/keyboard wasn't working.
